JOBS: Indoor Centre Admin Assistant - Lancashire CCC

Full Time Permanent, Immediate start available, 35 hours per week on a 2-week rota
Week 1: Monday- Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Week 2: Monday - Friday 32 hours & Saturday 9.00am - 12.00pm
LCCC Indoor Cricket Centre is at the forefront of indoor cricket practice with a facility that is admired and envied by those working in the game. The facilities are available to hire by anyone looking to practice and improve their play, with regularly programmed evening and weekend activities ranging from junior and adult beginner lessions to County Age Group and Professional players.
The Administrative Assistant wlll assist the Senior Administator in processing all bookings and payments, dealing with any reception queries and supporting senior staff as required. Other general duties will include: responsibility for ordering and maintaining stocks of all stationary, meeting room and general office supplies; post collection; and ensuring all public areas and notice boards are kept up-to-date and tidy.
The role will suit someone with some previous reception/office experience, ideally from within a club / sporting environment, although this is not essential. This is a junior/development role, which will be reflected in the salary.
We are looking for someone who has the personality to match the role, someone who can multitask, is able to work under their own initiative and maintains a friendly, approachable manner at all times. Possessing excellent communication skills and organisation skills, with the ability to use a variety of IT packages is also essential.
