JOBS: Director of Junior Cricket - Roehampton CC (UK)

Roehampton Cricket Club in south west London has a thriving and expanding junior section and has been Clubmark accredited since 2009.
In 2014 our colts range from U8s to U15s and we will have 5 sides playing league cricket in the NEC Surrey Colts League (U10s, U11s, U12s, U13s and U15s). We are looking to hear from candidates who are currently operating as coaches with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and have significant experience of managing a junior section.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Planning and delivering our colts pre-season and summer coaching programmes.
- Managing and developing the coaching structure at the Club.
- Assisting with the development of a girls’ section at the Club.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills and enthusiasm to inspire our young players to reach their full potential.
- Significant cricket coaching experience at club or county level.
- Up to date ECBCA membership.
- All candidates must have UKCC2 or UKCC3 or equivalent, relevant disclosure checks and up to date first aid and child protection qualifications.
